Even if you cannot yet put your finger on the problem.
Show us a task that has been difficult lately: the information you enter, the back-and-forth of checking, a moment of uncertain judgment. Following the actual work reveals what we can test.
Build something small with PROTHENTIA and test it against your work. This short, practical experience gives you both a tangible result and a fresh understanding of the challenge.
02 / START WITH A REAL QUESTION
For example, start here.
Choose a challenge that feels familiar. We design the actual work around your situation.
QUESTION / 01
The documents are there. The answer is still out of reach.
Find information. Compare sources. Copy it across. The day disappears into checking.
What we can test together
Find what you need— and what is missing.
Use real documents to test extraction, comparison, and a clearer view of what needs checking. Review the output and refine it into something useful.
An example takeaway
A document-organizing prototype, with a clear view of where it can be reused and what people need to verify.
Which documents take the most time in your work?
Explore the structure of your challenge and a possible next step.
There are options. But not enough evidence to choose between them.
More meetings, but no decision. It is unclear what would help you move forward.
What we can test together
Bring the options and evidence into one view.
Start with an actual decision to clarify comparison criteria, missing information, and exceptions. Test the AI-assisted comparison against the experience of the people responsible.
An example takeaway
A comparison prototype to support judgment, and the next questions to resolve before making a decision.
Where does uncertainty slow decisions in your work?
Explore the structure of your challenge and a possible next step.
AI is in place, but copying and checking remain. It is hard to see where change should begin.
What we can test together
Start with one step. Try a different way of working.
Trace where the work stalls, then test different inputs or sequences. In an authorized test environment, compare the approach with the existing method.
An example takeaway
A working prototype of one process step, and the conditions to address before bringing it into everyday operations.
Where does the flow stop in your work?
Explore the structure of your challenge and a possible next step.
Illustrative challenges, not client case studies. The work is agreed around your materials, environment, and needs.
A DIFFERENT WAY TO MOVE FORWARD
Let's find out what is possible.
What changes when the approach changes? Something that works gives the next conversation a starting point.
03 / A HALF DAY, AN OPEN QUESTION
Move between the question and the implementation.
A free, half-day experience: from understanding your challenge to prototyping a solution.
BEFOREPrepare
Show us how the work happens today.
Confirm the challenge, participants, available materials, and environment. Focus on one task and agree the conditions for testing. No programming experience is required.
A question and conditions to test
STEP 01Build
Make something small work. Reconsider the problem.
Use real work to form hypotheses about causes and constraints, then prototype. Test, adjust, and sometimes return to the original question in light of what you learn.
A first working result
STEP 02Test
Try other conditions. Decide what comes next.
Test other documents and exceptions from the same workflow to understand the scope and limits. Share the results with the decision-maker and consider the next step.
Evidence of value and a basis for the next decision
AFTERConnect
Consider the way forward together.
Summarize what the experience revealed and what remains unresolved. Production deployment or ongoing support can be discussed separately.
Options for what comes next
A free, half-day experience. We agree the challenge and the scope of prototyping and testing.
04 / BUILD TOGETHER, IN YOUR WAY
Take part in the way that fits your work.
You know the work. We build with you and AI. Each brings something essential.
01 / HANDS ON
Try it yourselves.
Operate the AI, refine its output, and test how it fits the work. PROTHENTIA supports you through a cycle of experimentation and improvement.
02 / THINK & BUILD
Think together. Let us implement.
PROTHENTIA handles implementation while you assess the challenge, exceptions, and quality of the output. Your operational knowledge becomes part of something that works.
05 / WHAT YOU TAKE WITH YOU
Take away a result— and the ability to move forward.
01
A working result
Something tested against your own challenge, with its use and applicable scope made clear.
02
A new perspective
What was holding the work back? What possibilities opened up? Put what you learned through practice into words.
03
A basis for your next decision
What worked, what did not, and what production use would require. Share a clear set of options for moving forward.
Value is more than speed. Ideas tested. Better judgment. Less rework. New options. Together, we look at what changed in your work.
06 / BEFORE WE BEGIN
Before you begin.
Does the challenge need to be clearly defined?
No. We can begin with a recent moment when the work was difficult. Looking at your materials and workflow, we narrow down what to test together.
Who should take part?
Someone who knows the actual work, and someone responsible for the next decision. We generally discuss having the practitioner join the hands-on work and the decision-maker join the opening and closing sessions.
Will we finish a production-ready system?
We begin with a prototype that can be tested within the agreed scope, establishing its value and limits. Any work needed for production deployment or expansion to other tasks is discussed separately in light of the results.
How are confidential information and deliverables handled?
We agree in advance which materials may be used, what may be entered into AI, the working environment, and how deliverables can be taken away. Any public account of the work is limited to the scope and content you have reviewed and approved.
What about dates, cost, and participation requirements?
This is a free, half-day experience. We confirm the date, participants, and challenge to address. Production deployment and ongoing support afterward are discussed separately from this experience.
LET’S START WITH YOUR WORK
What would you like to move forward?
You do not need a polished explanation. Start with one moment in your work.
