Athlete Shiki
Supporting athletes' careers.
Bring the experience built through sport to your next role.
VISUAL CONCEPT / AI GENERATED01 / THE NEXT FIELD
Bring the strengths you built in sport to work that helps people with AI.
What work comes after sport? Where can the experience you have built make a difference?
A3T Shiki is a joint initiative by Athlete Shiki, which supports athletes' careers, and A3T, the AI implementation company spun out of PROTHENTIA.
We connect the capabilities developed in sport with work using AI. Listen to clients' difficulties, then turn daily manual tasks into systems that can be delegated to AI.
Supporting athletes' careers.
Bring the experience built through sport to your next role.
Building systems with AI.
Find a new way to handle the tasks repeated every day.
02 / WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
What change would produce a different result? The experience of thinking and testing for yourself becomes the ability to build a system, run it, and improve it.
A coach's or teammate's words become the next play. At work, too, another person's perspective helps you build something better.
The habits formed through training become the ability to investigate what you do not understand, one question at a time, and stay with it until you find a way through.
Every sport, position, and person is different. So is the work that suits them.
We will discover together where your strengths make a difference.
03 / ONE ATHLETE’S STORY

Ochi / Former footballer
JEF United Ichihara Chiba U-15/U-18 and the Meiji University football team. After graduation, he played for four years in the United States, Japan, and Australia.
Concerned about work and income after retirement, he entered AI-related work without prior experience. Within three months, he was responsible for some features of a system central to the company.
Today, he listens to clients' challenges, decides what to build, and makes it real. Alongside a sense that the resilience and habits formed in sport are useful, his options in work, relationships, and personal life are expanding.
Entering a new field with concerns about work and income.
Contributing to a system at the center of the company.
Thinking through what to build, then bringing it to life.
04 / THE WORK, UP CLOSE
Reduce time-consuming tasks. Make the information people need easier to find.
Ochi builds systems that support clients' daily work. From understanding what is difficult to building and improving a solution, he moves forward through dialogue with AI and colleagues.

Listen to the client and organize what you learn with AI. Where does the effort go? What change would help? Through dialogue, identify what to work on.
This could be easier to use. Discuss that idea with AI and turn it into a screen or a system. Once it runs, you can see what to try next.
Let clients try it and listen to their reactions and observations. Keep improving with AI and colleagues until it becomes useful in everyday work.
05 / LEARN BY BUILDING
What should you build, and how should it work to be useful? Think it through with AI, create code and screens, and check the actual behavior together.
No programming experience is required. Work alongside someone who joined before you, have them review your work, and learn by making corrections.
Build your part with review and guidance from an experienced colleague.
Take responsibility for a feature, investigate what you need, build it, and improve it.
Talk with clients and help determine what to build.
06 / VALUE & REWARD
As your capabilities and responsibilities grow, fixed pay rises. Results contribute to incentive pay. The model is designed to let you aim for the next role without relying on tenure alone.
| Role | Fixed pay | Incentive | Example total |
|---|---|---|---|
| On joining | 450–550 | Approx. 240 | Approx. 790 |
| Consultant | 550–700 | Approx. 310 | Approx. 1,010 |
| Senior consultant | 700–850 | Approx. 375 | Approx. 1,225 |
Example total = upper end of the fixed-pay range + assumed incentive.
07 / YOUR POSSIBILITIES
Where will you take the capabilities you build?
As you develop, more choices become possible.
Design and deliver demanding projects as a senior engineer or tech lead.
Support athletes entering the field as a trainer or mentor, teaching through real work.
Tell your story in interviews and events as a communications representative or ambassador.
Move into an in-house AI role, independent work, or another setting where your skills can make a difference.
Use AI to improve work in clubs and sporting organizations, giving back to the world that shaped you.
